LERA delivered structural repair works to the existing street awning at 6 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, restoring safety, integrity, and compliance while minimising disruption to the surrounding streetscape.

132 LUTWYCHE ROAD

LERA delivered a comprehensive upgrade to this three‑level office building, including the retrofit installation of a lift servicing all floors, construction of six additional car park spaces, and a new front entry foyer to enhance accessibility and street presence. The project also included new external landscaping works, delivering a refreshed and modernised commercial environment.

NUVASIVE HEADQUARTERS

A comprehensive commercial office fitout for the NuVasive Brisbane headquarters, creating a modern, functional workspace tailored to corporate operations.

PLEASANT COURT

A full residential renovation incorporating a 130m² second‑storey addition, significantly expanding the home’s internal living space and functionality. The project was completed in December 2019, delivering a modernised, multi‑level residence with enhanced value and amenity.

KENT STREET

A full residential renovation including the addition of a third storey, capitalising on elevated views across the Coolangatta township and ocean. The project involved significant structural and architectural upgrades to transform the existing home into a contemporary, multi‑level residence.

130 EUGAREE

The end‑to‑end development of four architecturally designed 180m² townhouses, managing the project from initial design and DA approval through construction, sales, and final handover.

MALIBU PENTHOUSE

A comprehensive high‑end renovation of the Malibu Penthouse, involving full demolition and a complete interior refit. The project included the creation of a rooftop pergola and deck, significantly enhancing both the functionality and lifestyle appeal of the residence.
