CHIRN PARK RESIDENCES

LERA commenced construction of the Chirn Park Residences in February 2026, delivering a residential development that subdivides a single lot into two new four‑bedroom homes, each complete with a private swimming pool. The project is currently under construction and is being managed end‑to‑end by LERA.
